👩⚕️Claire Eacott
Registered ManagerClaire brings years of residential childcare experience, starting her journey in 2018 after a decade in community care. Rising through the roles of Support Worker, Team Leader, and Deputy Manager at Cambian Children’s Services, Claire has developed deep expertise in care planning, staff supervision, safeguarding, and supporting young people with diverse needs. With personal experience supporting family members with additional needs, Claire’s compassionate and structured approach ensures every young person feels valued, supported, and empowered.
👨⚕️ Calvin Muvaki
Responsible IndividualCalvin Vurayayi Muvaki brings over two decades of mental health and residential childcare experience, beginning his career as a Registered Mental Health Nurse and working extensively across CAMHS, forensic services, and crisis teams. Rising through clinical and management roles, Calvin has built strong expertise in safeguarding, behavioral support, staff development, and working with young people facing emotional and mental health challenges. With a deep commitment to trauma-informed care and a passion for empowering young people, Calvin’s leadership ensures that every child at Masha Houses receives consistent, nurturing, and individualized support.
